Count everyone who'll log in, managers included: sales, BDC, service. Up to 5 people is Team 5, up to 10 is Team 10. At 11 or more, Unlimited costs $100 more than Team 10 and nobody's counted.

Because Team 5 sets itself up: invite your people and start sending. On Team 10 and Unlimited, Sam sets the store up for you (your users, your branding, the CRM lead address) and runs a private training session for your team. That's the $750, and it's on us through Dec 31. From Jan 1, 2027 it's waived when you pay yearly or bring a sister store. Every store plan gets Thursday live training, a day-30 check-in and a full refund within 30 days.

Yes — and they'll use it. A manager's login is how they pull reports, see who's sending video and who isn't, and manage the team. So every login counts toward your plan, managers included. And the best managers don't just watch the dashboard — they're recording right alongside their people, which is what gets a whole floor going. Plans are a flat price per tier, not per head, so adding a manager won't change your bill unless it moves you up a tier.
