CarFilm Team Subscription Giveaway

1. Sponsor.

This promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by CarFilm LLC, 159 Crocker Park Blvd, Suite 400, Westlake, OH 44145 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry AND who are currently employed by a licensed automotive dealership located in the United States. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all US territories, and wherever prohibited by law. Entries from outside the fifty United States and the District of Columbia are not eligible and will not be included in the drawing.

3. Promotion Period.

The Promotion begins at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 PM on Thursday, September 10, 2026 Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter.

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter only by completing and submitting the entry form at getcarfilm.com/win. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person. Where Sponsor receives multiple entries from the same person, only the first will be counted.

5. Winner Selection.

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on Friday, September 11, 2026 under Sponsor's supervision. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize.

One (1) grand prize will be awarded: one (1) year of the CarFilm Team plan for the winner's dealership, including up to ten (10) active seats, provided at no cost to the winner's dealership. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,799.88, based on the Team plan rate of $399.99 per month for twelve (12) months. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted for cash or other consideration. Seats beyond the ten (10) included in the prize, and any other CarFilm plan or service, are available at the winner's expense at then-current rates. Prize activation requires the winner or an authorized dealership representative to complete a thirty (30) minute onboarding call with Sponsor within thirty (30) days of prize acceptance.

7. Winner Notification.

The winner will be notified by email and by telephone using the contact information provided at entry, within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winner must respond and confirm acceptance within ten (10) business days of first notification. Because the Approximate Retail Value of the prize exceeds $600, winner must also complete and return an IRS Form W-9 to Sponsor before the prize is activated. If the winner does not respond within the required time, does not return a completed Form W-9, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

8. Publicity Release.

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use winner's name, likeness, dealership name, city, state, and any submitted statement about the CarFilm product in future marketing communications, including social media posts, email newsletters, case studies, and websites, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, or other fraudulent means will result in disqualification of all associated entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the integrity of the Promotion has been compromised.

10. Tax Reporting.

If the total ARV of the prize is $600 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

11. Instagram Disclaimer.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all claims related to the Promotion.

12. Governing Law.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

13. Winner List.

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address in Section 1, postmarked no later than November 30, 2026.
